Quick answers
- How much does it cost?
- Couple Photoshoot starts from PLN 750. The final price depends on the place, duration, date, time of day, travel and any add-ons such as video, and is stated in your proposal before you book.
- How long does it take?
- A typical session lasts 1 hour and you receive around 30 edited photos.
- What is included?
- A short exchange about the place, time of day and the style you like
- A route chosen for light and crowds at your hour, usually two or three spots close together
- Natural direction: walking, talking, small prompts rather than stiff poses
- About 60 minutes of shooting in the starting package
- Where does it take place?
- Popular places include Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Poznań. Your photographer suggests the best spot for your date, the light and the crowds.
- Who is it for?
- Couples visiting Poland who want photographs with both of them in them
- Expats and students marking a year or a move in a Polish city
- Anniversaries, birthdays and trips that mark a milestone
- Couples who feel awkward in front of a camera and want clear direction
- How does booking work?
- Send a free request with your place, date and plans. Kadrova checks which photographers are available and replies with a proposal stating the photographer, the package and the exact price. Nothing is booked until you accept.
Most couples on a trip, or living abroad, end up with hundreds of photos of one person, because the other is holding the phone. A couple session fixes that: an hour with someone whose job is to find the angle, watch the light and tell you where to stand so both of you are in the frame.
You do not need a reason. Anniversaries, a long weekend in Kraków, a move to Warsaw for work, or simply wanting good photographs of the two of you are all common. If a ring is involved, see proposal photography; if a wedding is coming, an engagement photoshoot is planned slightly differently.
Kadrova does not employ photographers. We match you with an independent professional reviewed for portfolio, experience with couples, languages and local knowledge, and send a proposal with their name, package and price before anything is booked. How it works
- 1
Send a free availability request
Tell us the city, the date or a range of dates, and what you have in mind. It is free and places you under no obligation.
- 2
We match you with a photographer
We check which reviewed photographers are free for that place and time, and reply personally, with questions if something would change the plan.
- 3
You receive a proposal
It names the photographer and states the duration, what is included, the price and the payment terms. The delivery time is stated there too. See pricing for how starting prices work.
- 4
Meet on the day
The booking is confirmed when you accept. The photographer fixes the meeting point with you and adjusts the timing if the forecast calls for it.

Where the session happens
City sessions work all year and keep the price at the starting level. In Kraków, couples choose Kazimierz, the Planty and the boulevards below Wawel; see couple photoshoots in Kraków. In Warsaw, there are the Royal Łazienki park, the Old Town and the Praga district; see couple photoshoots in Warsaw. Wrocław has Ostrów Tumski and the Oder riverbanks, and the coast has the beaches of Sopot and the Main Town of Gdańsk. A session in Zakopane starts from PLN 1,050, as it takes more time and travel.

Preparation tips
- Book the first hour after sunrise or the last before sunset. In June the sun sets around 21:00 in Poland; in December it is gone before 16:00.
- Choose outfits in mid-tones that go together without matching. Avoid large logos and fine stripes, which flicker in photographs.
- Old towns mean cobbles and parks mean gravel. Bring shoes you can walk in and change for close portraits.
- At weekends, Kraków’s Main Square and Gdańsk’s Long Market are busiest from late morning to early evening. Early mornings are empty.
- Leave a buffer after the shoot. Couples who rush to a dinner reservation tend to look like it.
- In autumn, bring a coat in a colour you like, as it will be in most of the pictures.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a couple photoshoot in Poland cost?
A couple photoshoot through Kadrova starts from PLN 750 for about an hour in a city. In Zakopane and the Tatras the starting price is PLN 1,050. The final price depends on the photographer, date, time of day, duration and add-ons, and is stated in your proposal.
How long should our session be?
For one place, 60 minutes gives two or three settings at a relaxed pace. If you want sunset and blue hour, 90 minutes works better. Two separate places on the same day are offered as a multi-location session from PLN 1,400.
We are not comfortable in front of a camera. Will that show?
Most couples say this before their session. The photographer directs you with small, concrete prompts, such as walk towards me or fix his collar, so you react rather than pose. The first ten minutes are usually the stiffest and are rarely the photos you keep.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain can work well with an umbrella and covered spots such as arcades or old courtyards. If the forecast is poor, the photographer will suggest a new date. The rescheduling terms are set out in your proposal.
Which language will the photographer speak?
Each photographer lists their languages on their profile, and we take yours into account when matching. English is common in the larger cities. Say in your request which languages you are comfortable with.
How do we book?
Send a free availability request with the city and date. We reply personally, and the booking is confirmed when you accept the proposal.
