Personal Branding and Business Photography
A personal branding photoshoot produces professional images for individuals and companies: LinkedIn and website headshots, team portraits at the office, and photos at work or against a city backdrop. Kadrova arranges it anywhere in Poland with an independent photographer, from PLN 950.

Quick answers
- How much does it cost?
- Personal Branding & Business Photoshoot starts from PLN 950. The final price depends on the place, duration, date, time of day, travel and any add-ons such as video, and is stated in your proposal before you book.
- How long does it take?
- A typical session lasts 1 h 30 min and you receive around 45 edited photos.
- What is included?
- A conversation beforehand: where the photos will be used, your field, style and brand colours
- About 90 minutes of photography and around 45 edited photos (the starting package)
- A classic headshot for your CV and LinkedIn, plus relaxed and working shots
- Guidance on clothing, posture and expression during the shoot
- Where does it take place?
- Popular places include Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław, and Poznań. Your photographer suggests the best spot for your date, the light and the crowds.
- Who is it for?
- Professionals and managers who need an up-to-date LinkedIn photo
- Founders, coaches, consultants and therapists building a personal brand
- Companies wanting consistent team portraits for the website and press
- Speakers who need images for a conference programme
- How does booking work?
- Send a free request with your place, date and plans. Kadrova checks which photographers are available and replies with a proposal stating the photographer, the package and the exact price. Nothing is booked until you accept.
Your profile photo is the first thing a recruiter, client or journalist sees. A cropped holiday selfie tells them nobody took care of it. A personal branding session gives you a consistent set: a classic headshot, a few relaxed portraits, photos at work and in a setting that suits your field.
The starting package is about 90 minutes, enough for two or three changes of outfit and backdrop. For companies, the photographer can come to the office and photograph the whole team against the same backdrop in one day, so everyone matches on the “About us” page. For larger teams, time and price are set in the proposal.
Kadrova does not employ photographers. We match you with an independent photographer experienced in business portraiture and send a proposal with their name, scope, price and the terms for using the photos. The photographer issues their own invoice or bill, which matters if your company is paying. For something more personal than corporate, see our portrait photoshoot.
How it works
- 1
Send a free availability request
Give the city, date, number of people and where the photos will be used: LinkedIn, website, press. It is free and places you under no obligation: send a request.
- 2
We match you with a photographer
We look for a photographer experienced in business portraits who knows the city and can work in an office. We reply personally. Browse profiles and languages on our photographers page.
- 3
You receive a proposal
It names the photographer and sets out time, scope, price, payment terms and the terms for using the photos, including commercially. The delivery time is stated there too. See pricing.
- 4
The shoot: office, studio or city
The photographer starts with the classic headshot while you are fresh, then moves to movement and working shots. At the end they help you pick a profile photo.

Where the session happens
In Warsaw, the towers around Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ and the area around the Palace of Culture and Science give a business backdrop; the Vistula boulevards are calmer. In Kraków, post-industrial Zabłocie and the streets of Kazimierz work well; in Wrocław, the Oder boulevards and the Sky Tower area; in Katowice, the Culture Zone with the NOSPR concert hall and the International Congress Centre. Office lobbies and terraces are private property, so the building manager’s consent is needed; ask well before the shoot. If the session is at your own office, book a meeting room with a window.
Preparation tips
- Bring two or three outfits: one formal, one more relaxed. Plain fabrics in colours that suit your brand work best.
- Avoid fine patterns and thin stripes, which flicker in photos. Iron your shirt the day before.
- Book a morning slot. You look rested, and city streets have fewer passers-by in the background.
- For an office shoot, clear the desks in frame and switch off screens unless their content should show.
- Think about formats in advance: square for LinkedIn, a wide banner for the website, portrait for a conference programme.
- Ask the building manager for permission before planning a shoot in a lobby or on a terrace.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a personal branding photoshoot cost in Poland?
A personal branding session through Kadrova starts from PLN 950 for about 90 minutes and around 45 edited photos. The price depends on the photographer, city, number of people, places and add-ons. The final figure is in your proposal before you book.
Can I use the photos commercially, on our website and in ads?
The terms of use are set out in your proposal. LinkedIn, website and press use is the standard purpose of a branding session. If the photos are meant for an advertising campaign, mention it in your request, as it may affect the terms.
Can the photographer invoice my company?
Yes, the photographer who does the shoot issues their own invoice or bill. Give your company details when you accept the proposal, and confirm the type of document with the photographer beforehand.
Can you photograph our whole team at the office?
Yes. The photographer sets up a consistent backdrop and lighting at your office, and colleagues come in one at a time for a few minutes each. Time and price for a larger team are set in the proposal.
Studio, office or city: which is better?
A studio gives a neutral background and even light, ideal for a classic headshot. Your office shows you at work in a place clients recognise. The city adds character and suits a personal brand. Many people combine a classic headshot with a few city shots.
I hate being photographed. Will it show?
Most branding clients say this at the start. The photographer gives short, concrete directions on posture and gaze and shows you a few frames on the camera so you can adjust. The first minutes are usually the stiffest and rarely produce the photo you choose.
